HAPPY NEW YEAR!
It is a time of new beginnings. We don’t get a do-over, but we get to start again. That is important to our mindset. And in reality, each day we get to start again.
It is a time of reflection: what worked well and what needs improvement. There are many programs of goal setting. It has been proven that you are more likely to reach your goals if you have defined them and written them down.
Don’t forget about your health when setting goals. As we get older, we really do discover that without your health, other goals might never be realized. Health is number one!
