Cancer

The Truth About Cancer is a docu-series teaching about natural treatments for cancer. It is going on right now. There are 9 or 11 days of receiving a video each day to watch for 24 hours. Normally, at the end of the docs-series, they give you a couple days to listen to any episode you choose. And of course, you can buy the episode.

This is an excellent document-series. You learn so many treatments that are available for cancer. They leave no stone unturned about how to follow the laws of nature to be healthy. There is so much to know. If you can only watch one or two episodes, you will be richer. If you can listen to all of them, good for you! You will learn so much.

Go to their website, thetruthaboutcancer.com and you will be able to sign up and they will send you the link to each day’s video. These people are totally dedicated to learning and teaching. This is what happens when people are affected by their own experience. Ty and Charlene lost several family members within a few years and that started them on their path to find out the truth about cancer. ENJOY!

Nature’s Cures

Not every pain is a huge pain.

Instead of taking the over-the-counter medications, why not true some natural pain relievers.

Here are some possibilities:

for digestive pain, try fresh pineapple between meals

for joint pain and headaches, try cherries

for sore muscles, try peppermint or ginger

for general injuries, be sure to drink enough water to flush out inflammation

for sinus pain, try horseradish

for ear-aches, try garlic cloves in some olive oil

for a tooth ache or gum pain, try cloves

for heart burn, you can try apple cider vinegar

for urinary tract infections, try blueberries

for chronic pain, try turmeric

Isn’t nature wonderful!!

Every Little Bit Helps!

When we want to improve our health, we tend to think in big things.

We might consider big things like becoming totally vegan or going to a personal trainer to develop strength.  It is like after New Year’s every year, everyone is going to go on a diet and go to the gym.  But what about making smaller changes that can affect your life?

What about before each meal taking three deep breaths?

What about learning to breathe from the belly?

What about just taking 5 minutes to massage a place on your body that hurts?

What about laughing out loud every day at something?

What about being grateful each day for being here on this beautiful earth?

What about making a salad a part of each day.

What about taking a 20 minute walk each day?

All of these affect your body and mind.  Just select one and instead of saying I will do it every day for the rest of my life, commit to doing it for the rest of this month and then re-evaluate and see if you want to continue.  All of these are beneficial in different ways to helping your body be healthy and balanced.

Have a Happy Face!

I was in Texas this last weekend.  There was a coffee shop that had a wall with all kinds of uplifting sayings printed on it as the decoration.  It was so fun to read them.   They all created a smile on our faces.  They were just cute and usually true.  The whole store was one big smile.

We could say that is not life.  Life has ups and downs.  And that is true.  However, most of the time, we have a choice.  Right now, I choose to be positive.  I choose to be happy.  I choose to have a smile.  I choose to see the good.  I choose my focus to be on the positive.

With that comes choosing to avoid the negative.  Often, we don’t know something is negative until we read it or hear it or watch it.  Our practice is to constantly be choosing.  Choose good.  Choose smiles.  Choose positive.  Choose people who are positive in your life.

See if being happy and choosing smiles, joy, goodness will be a firm foundation for better health.

Happy Spring!  ENJOY!
