Honey!

I want bees to stay away from me. However, their honey is delicious!

When you eat the raw honey, it may help you with your allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itchy nose and eyes as well as the stuffiness people experience. One caveat is your best results will be from honey in the area where you live. Why? Bees are known as the pollinators. As they bring and mix the pollen in their honey, it helps decrease symptoms in people’s environmental allergies meaning the weeds, grasses, flowers, etc.

You can look it up and you wil find that studies are lacking and this has grown by word of mouth. That is true. Who would be interested in paying the money for a study on whether honey decrease your environmental allergies? Certainly not the people with the money, like the drug companies. Since there’s little downside to eating honey, it might be worth a try. Use raw honey and eat one teaspoon a day. And yes, you can put it in your hot tea.

A person who lives in the vicinity of Evans and Downing here in Denver are selling bottles of raw honey made by their bees. If you would like to buy some, you can contact them at nrgd@frii.com

If you prefer, you can get it from me. You can let me know if it does, indeed, help your allergies. Each bottle is $12.
